Selecting a coordinator
The assessment coordinator
is responsible for:
- Entering
basic identifying information about each of the assessment participants
such as name, role in the company and e-mail address
- Monitoring
the progress of the participants throughout the assessment (who has
completed the questionnaire and who has not), and
- Deciding
when to conclude the assessment and request the Solution Sage report
The coordinator will
have access to a private Control Panel created just for this assessment
where he or she will be able to manage all aspects of the assessment until
it is completed. This includes adding and deleting participants as needed,
access to each participant's user ID and password (to remind users of
their passwords when they forget), and the ability to change passwords.
The coordinator may want to refer to the Administrative Tools section
for complete instructions relating to the Control Panel functions.
Important Note:
the coordinator does not have access to any participant's answers or results.
He or she can only determine the status of an individual participant's
progress on completing the questionnaire.
In most cases, the
coordinator will be the person registering the company for the assessment.
Others who can perform the coordinator role are:
- A trusted administrative
assistant within the firm
- An outside consultant
or advisor who is facilitating the assessment
- An administrative
assistant within the consultant's or advisor's office
