What the Solution Sage report shows you

A composite score is produced for each of the sixteen factors that ranks the factors as either demonstrating an ABUNDANCE of the strengths and qualities required for success, substantially lacking in the required strengths and qualities and therefore at RISK, or nearly devoid of the required strengths and qualities and therefore DEFICIENT.

Your Solution Sage report explains in detail the range of issues that need to be addressed for factors measuring in the DEFICIENT and RISK zones. For factors measuring in the ABUNDANT zone, strengths and qualities are identified that can be leveraged to address areas of shortcoming. Your report concludes with specific recommendations for addressing the factors exhibiting the greatest risk to the firm, and suggestions for using your greatest strengths as you address your strategic and succession requirements and issues.

The assessment also detects when there is disagreement within the group in their view of a particular factor. When the aggregated scores of all the participants are clustered in the same zone (Deficient, Risk or Abundance) for a particular factor, this can be interpreted as general consensus (i.e., the group agrees) for that particular factor. On the other hand, when the aggregated scores are more dispersed across the rating scale, this can be interpreted as a lack of consensus and that factor is noted in the report as demonstrating substantial disagreement. This is a separate and independent indicator that suggests further examination of that factor is needed to determine why there are differing perceptions in the group.

The Solution Sage report is the most accessible and concise tool available to business owners for profiling risks and strengths and providing a springboard for serious discussion and strategic and succession planning.
