Removing
a participant
A participant
is removed from an assessment case by changing the status for that
participant to Inactive. On the main Intranet status screen,
click on the participant's name to access the participant profile
edit screen.
Click the check
box in the Participant Status section and then click the SUBMIT
button. The participant's status will be changed to Inactive
and will be excluded from the assessment results.

Reactivating
a Participant
An Inactive participant may be reactivated by following the same
procedure. The participant's status will be changed to Active
and their questionnaire data will be included in the assessment
results.
