Monitoring
participant progress
The lower portion
of the intranet screen provides a complete summary of the assessment
status for each of the participants in your assessment case. The
example shown below is for Johnson Farms, a fictitious company.
Note: you may click on any of the column headings to sort the participant
list by that the information in that particular column. The default
view is sorted by participant name.

Name--the
Last and First name of each registered participant. Click on a participants
name to view and edit the participant's profile information, including
their password.
E-mail--clicking
on a participant's e-mail address will open an e-mail message window.
Compose your message and click send. The message will be immediately
sent to that participant.
Role--the
role the participant performs in the company. This information may
be changed or corrected on the participant profile edit screen,
which is accessed by clicking on the participant's name.
Progress--shows
the current progress status of each participant. There are three
statuses:
- Not Started--participant
has not yet logged in and started the questionnaire
- Incomplete--participant
has begun answering the questionnaire, but did not complete all
the questions
- Complete--participant
has completed the questionnaire
Status--shows
the active or inactive status of each participant. Participants
are automatically active when registered. If you wish to remove
a participant from the assessment, you may do so by changing their
status to inactive. This is done on the participant profile edit
screen, which is accessed by clicking on the participant's name.
Start Date--shows
the date that the participant started answering the questionnaire.
Complete
Date--shows the date that the participant completed answering
the questionnaire.
